Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated based on item size and your delivery location. Enter your postcode on any product page for an instant estimate. Our website calculates shipping rates automatically at checkout. For bulky deliveries to WA, NT, TAS or remote areas Australia-wide, freight costs can vary significantly from the estimated rate. In these cases, we will contact you after your purchase with your freight quote. If you'd prefer to confirm a shipping quote before placing your order, email us at support@coastalis.com.au with your order details and full delivery address.

Homewares

Décor, textiles, serveware and small styling pieces ship as standard parcels via Australia Post or courier.

  • Orders under $300: $19.95 flat rate (NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA)
  • Orders under $300: $39.95 flat rate (WA, NT, TAS)
  • Orders over $300: Free shipping
  • Dispatch: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery: 2–10 business days

Bulky Items

Mirrors, Chairs, stools, bedsides, side tables, benches, coffee tables, dining tables, console tables, sideboards, buffets and entertainment units ship via freight courier.

Rates vary by item and location, typically ranging from $80 to $430 depending on size and destination. Enter your postcode on the product page or select your zone at checkout to see the exact rate.

  • Metro areas: 1–2 weeks
  • Regional areas: 2–3 weeks

WA, NT and TAS deliveries require a freight quote — we'll be in touch after your order is placed.

Sofas

Our Cloud sofa range ships via freight courier from our warehouse.

WA, NT and TAS deliveries require a freight quote — we'll be in touch after your order is placed.

WA, NT & TAS Deliveries

For bulky deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, a freight quote is required. Place your order as normal and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm freight costs before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items may ship from different warehouses and may arrive separately.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.

Authority to Leave

Couriers may leave items in a safe location if appropriate. Apartment buildings or secured addresses may require someone present for delivery.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Damaged Items

Please contact support@coastalis.com.au within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Include photos of the item and packaging before assembly or use.
