Solid teak wood with no surface finish — the natural oils in teak provide weather resistance under cover. Grain variation, minor knots, and tonal shifts are intrinsic to natural timber. Over time, the teak develops a softer silver-grey patina; oil periodically if you prefer to maintain the original warm tone.
Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust. Dry promptly. Avoid harsh chemicals. For prolonged colour retention, apply teak oil every 6-12 months. Untreated teak will naturally weather to grey over time.
