A rounded drum of solid suar carved straight through — a soft arched window cut clean from one side, hollowing the centre out. Worked from a single piece, the grain wraps unbroken around the curve and the carved opening reads as one continuous form. The natural finish lets the suar's warm tone and pale sapwood streaks show, the timber shifting from honey to grey across the grain. Low and solid, it sits beside a chair or sofa with a sculptural turn most side tables don't have.
