The cylindrical base reads clearly across a room — alternating stripes of white and natural timber, hand-painted, with a graphic directness that doesn't ask for much. Because each stripe is applied by hand, the tone shifts slightly from piece to piece, and the surface holds some texture even unlit. A square linen shade sits above it, diffusing light evenly without washing out the timber below. Works well on a bedside table or entryway console.
