Low-armed and quietly upright, the Porter has a lightness to it that doesn't tip into fragility — the frame curved just enough to read as relaxed without losing structure. It's built from solid ash with a natural finish, the grain visible beneath a smooth surface, while the woven rope seat and backrest add texture without competing with the frame. Works at a dining table or as a standalone seat in a bedroom or living corner.

It has the proportions of a side chair with the comfort of an armchair. The woven rope seat gives slightly under weight, which makes it far more comfortable than it looks, and the felt pads mean it moves quietly across hard floors.
