Three deep square panels step inward across the face like recesses in cut stone — the grid gives the piece a weighty, architectural presence that reads from across a room. It's made from reclaimed elm, and the surface carries the material's history: natural cracks, varied grain and tonal shifts that settle into a muted, earthy finish. The block legs hold it low and solid, and it works anchoring a dining wall or running a hallway.

Those doors are carved, not printed — rows of recessed squares that throw real shadow across the front as the light moves. Because it's reclaimed elm, every piece wears its history in the splits and fills, and it lands fully built on solid block legs. A proper heirloom-weight piece.

Let it stand mostly bare so the carved doors read — a lamp and a leaning artwork above is plenty. Against a pale wall the shadow-play in the panels does the decorating.
