The carver takes the same fanned cane back and adds a pair of looped arms that curve down into the frame in one continuous line. It's the chair for the ends of the table — a little wider, a little more settled, made to be lingered in. Hand-bent rattan in a deep Coffee Bean stain gives it weight, the arched stretchers beneath echoing the curve of the arms. It anchors the ends of a dining setting, and holds its own alone in a bedroom or study corner.

Cleaning: Shake the cushion outdoors and spot clean with a damp cloth. Dust the rattan with a soft dry brush and keep it out of direct sun and damp.
