Gold and white beadwork runs across the crown and into the long veil that falls from the headdress. Made in Nigeria from plastic beads, cloth and string, it is Yoruba royal regalia: the veil traditionally covers the king's face and the crown carries ceremonial significance. It is supplied with a stand and should be displayed with clear room around it, so its full height and cultural context are not reduced to background decoration.

Each piece has been intricately created by hand. If there are small flaws it is a sign and proof of human touch, making each and every piece unique with tiny little differences. Images are a representation of the product and item supplied may differ from the one pictured.
