A square cushion in mink — a mineral taupe, that muted clay-brown that reads cool in daylight and a touch warmer at night. It's the grounding tone in a group, neutral enough to sit under almost anything without competing. The linen is garment-dyed and pre-washed, so it lands soft and lightly creased and keeps relaxing with use, with a plump feather insert filling it to the corners. It layers into a sofa, bed or armchair as the steady base a brighter cushion plays off.
